ROOM ACTIVITIES
The rooms are a place of study and rest, and therefore a schedule of silence has been established, in them and in the adjoining corridors should be kept quiet and avoid noise or anything that may disturb fellow residents. At the time of entry, each resident will receive the room in perfect condition for use, as well as the belongings contained in the room. Throughout their stay in the residence, it is their responsibility to care for and maintain all this material, and they must report any damage or deterioration that occurs in order to fix it as soon as possible. Each resident will be given a key to his/her room for which he/she is responsible. Any room changes requested during the contract period will be authorized by the management. The residence is not responsible for the disappearance or deterioration of any personal belongings, work material or valuables (money, jewelry, etc.).

The residence has common spaces and areas, such as: entrance hall, study rooms, libraries, TV rooms, outdoor sports area, gym, ping pong, self-service laundry (washing machine, dryer and ironing board), etc.

The hours of operation of the residence must be respected. The residence will remain open 24 hours a day. Dining room schedules: Weekdays; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; Breakfast 07:15h to 09:15h Breakfast 08:30h to 09:30h Lunch 14:00h to 15:30h Lunch 14:00h to 15:00h Dinner 21:00h to 22:00h. Dinner 21:00h to 22:00h (No dinner on Sunday) The times indicated may vary depending on the current year.
DINING ROOM
Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Desserts will vary daily. These services are offered throughout the school year (no dinner on Sundays) except for Christmas and Easter vacations. No food or dishes may be taken out of the dining room. NOTE: The dining room schedules indicated above can only be altered when the resident is unable to keep them due to class schedules, in which case the meal may be served outside the established schedule after consultation with Management. It will be mandatory to present class schedules to justify the reservation of meals outside the established schedule.
CLEANING SERVICE
The residence staff will clean the common areas every day. Every two weeks the resident will be provided with a change of towels and sheets and the room will be cleaned.
LAUNDRY
For residents' personal laundry there is a coin-operated laundry service (washer and dryer). An ironing area is available to all residents in the immediate vicinity of the laundry room.
RESIDENCE CALENDAR
The residence will be governed by the calendar of the academic year (during the Christmas and Easter periods it will be closed).
